Technician from Gibsons did awesome work
Very professional, and got the job done fast!
We had our water heater replaced. Gibson's was recommended to us by another company, because they work with mobile homes. Scheduling was easy on their website with a prompt follow-up call. The office provided all of the information that I needed for the ...appointment and assured me that they would let me know when to expect the technician. Once the service technician, Mark, arrived he introduced himself and the plan to diagnose the issue and offer solutions. He thoroughly explained the issue and was able to effectively answer my questions to help me choose the best option for our situation. Mark worked efficiently to prepare the old water heater for removal while the replacement was delivered. Once the new water heater arrived, Mark made the connections and checked his work, giving us a piece of mind. Mark was respectful of the home, diligently using the shoe covers appropriately during the entire visit. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and empathetic. I truly appreciate Mark's work and I am grateful for all that he and the Gibson team did to get our water heater issue resolved the same day of the call.
